Adult Staff
All Adults within the NZCF undergo regular police vetting
There are three types of adult staff within the Cadet Forces, they are:
Supplementary Staff - Civilian personnel who directly assist with unit management and cadet training
Officer Staff - Uniformed personnel commissioned under the New Zealand Cadet Forces. Officer Staff are the backbone of Adult Staff within the NZCF
Unit Support Committee - Typically composed of Parents, the Unit Support Committee supports Squadron activities by managing unit funds and facilities. When a Cadet joins the unit, their parent / guardian automatically becomes a member of the USC, however, the amount of time dedicated is completely optional.
