​Discharging Procedure
What do I need to do prior?
Contact your Section Leader and inform them of your intention to discharge - This is so that we may prepare everything necessary to make your discharge quick and efficient
Your Section Leader will inform you of a Parade Night where we can finish the discharge procedure.
What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring:
All uniform - washed. Note that if any uniform is not returned, damaged or otherwise unserviceable, the Uniform Service Fee will not be reimbursed
Any other loaned equipment
Trophies
NZCF3822 Record of Service Book (White book)
What happens on the night?
Arrive at the unit at 1900 - If you come outside of these times, there will be a delay in processing your discharge
Report to the Adjutants office and complete an NZCF47 and 47A
Return all issued items to the Stores Officer (Note - you may keep your namebadge and namepatches)
The Unit Commander will sign off your Record of Service book. This book is yours to keep and is a recognition of your achievements within the Air Training Corps
